How does booking work?
Choose a trip, a date and a pickup time. Pay online by card to confirm at once, or choose to pay later and we confirm by email within a few hours. Your driver calls or messages you the evening before to confirm the pickup.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Pay the driver on the day, in cash or by card. Cash can be in euro or in lei at the National Bank of Romania rate of that day. Or pay online by card when you book.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. An online payment is refunded in full; a pay-later booking is simply cancelled.
What is included in the price, and what is not?
Included: the private air-conditioned car and your English-speaking driver, pickup and drop-off at your hotel or address in Brașov, fuel, parking and the driver's waiting time, and stops for photos along the way. The price is for the whole car, not per person.
Not included: entrance tickets, food and drinks.
Are entrance tickets included?
No, entrance tickets are not included.
For trips booked with payment later, we help you buy the tickets.
For trips paid online, we can buy the tickets for you on request; you pay us for them afterwards, in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
Where do you pick us up?
At your hotel or any address in Brașov, and we bring you back there in the evening. For a pickup somewhere else, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Can we change the route on the day?
Yes, within the hours of the trip: stay longer where you like it, skip a stop, or pull over for a photo. For a route that is not on the list, write to us on WhatsApp and we put a price on it.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Online, up to one hour before pickup if a car is free, and up to twelve months ahead. For anything sooner, call or message us on WhatsApp.
Which languages does the driver speak?
English and Romanian. The booking emails come in the language of the site you book from.
