Sighișoara and Viscri

  1. Pickup in Brașov

  2. Feldioara Fortress

    A hilltop fortress above the Olt, where the Teutonic Knights built a fort in the 13th century.

  3. Rupea Citadel

    A citadel on a basalt hill, its walls climbing towards the top, with a wide view over the plain.

  4. Viscri village and church

    A village of coloured Saxon houses around a whitewashed fortified church. King Charles III restored a house here.

  5. Saschiz fortified church

    A fortified church with a tall clock tower modelled on the one in Sighișoara.

  6. Sighișoara Citadel

    Up to the Clock Tower, the covered school stairs and the Church on the Hill, in the town where Vlad Dracula was born. Then back to Brașov.

  7. Back in Brașov

    Back at your hotel in Brașov in the evening.
